The Science Of Happiness
And How It Saved My Life
Written By Brad Kelly, Foreworded By Psychiatrist Gary Cass, and Narrated By Sarah Puckett
Growing up we are taught basic first aid, to look both ways when we cross the street, and a thousand other ways to avoid physical harm. Unfortunately, mental health doesn't get the same consideration. Have you ever wondered WHY you feel the way you feel? What are hidden forces working behind the scenes driving your happiness or making you feel stressed? I did too, thrust into illness at the age of 9, I began a journey to find happiness that has taken me from children's specialty hospitals to studying Neuroscience at Harvard.
What I learned truly saved my life, and has since helped thousands more from all walks of life. To help make it easily digestible I crafted these lessons into a short 110-page story, but not just any story, it's the story about the beauty of the human mind and the power we all possess within.
